I was born in Japan but has lived in the UK for many years. As an ex-highly stressed corporate management accountant I have experienced my share of acute stress, worries and anxiety accelerated by an unhealthy lifestyle. At the annual health check, it was found that I was pre-diabetic with high blood pressure.

I knew something had to change but I wanted that change to occur through nature, and not by medication.

To attain the lifestyle and improved health I desired, I had to learn to balance my energy and re-tune my energy frequency to be in harmony with the universal energy that surrounds us first before I could overcome may obstacles that were in my way.

I would like to share my knowledge to help others reach their potential and discover the way to improve mental and physical health naturally as well as to achieve spiritual growth, inner peace and joy.
